EverFresh Laundry is a premium pickup and delivery laundry service based at 42 Silverweed Road, Chatham. We collect from your door across Medway, wash, dry, iron and fold your laundry with proper care, then return it fresh within 48 hours.
We are an independent, Chatham-based laundry service. Our team, equipment, and facility are all in Medway.
Three main differences. First, we are Chatham-based with real accountability. Second, our Wash & Iron includes proper hand-pressing, not mass steaming. Third, we are not VAT registered, so our prices are the final price with no VAT added.
Yes. Our launderette at 42 Silverweed Road, Chatham ME5 0QX is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm.

Standard bookings need 24 hours notice. Same-day service is available for £10 extra where our schedule allows.
No. Leave your bag in your agreed spot (porch, garden shed, side gate). Our driver will collect and confirm by text.
48 hours from pickup to delivery for Service Wash, Wash & Iron, and most items. Dry cleaning may take 48 to 72 hours.
Yes. Same-day service +£10, next-day +£5. Both subject to availability. Book by 9am for same-day.
Yes. EverFresh Laundry is not VAT registered, so prices displayed are the final price. No VAT is added.
£30 for pickup and delivery. Free delivery on orders over £40. No minimum for walk-in launderette service.

Our pickup and delivery service covers a 3.5 mile radius from Chatham, including Chatham, Walderslade, Wayfield, Luton, Princes Park, Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester, and Strood.

Our B2C service does not currently reach these areas. Our commercial (B2B) service extends up to 15 miles, so business customers in these areas may be eligible.
No. Just bag it up. We sort by colour, fabric, and care instructions at our Chatham facility.
Whites at 60°C, colours at 40°C by default. Higher on request for allergies, illness, or heavily soiled loads.
Yes. Leave your detergent with the bag and we will use it.
Tell us at booking. We use non-biological detergent, additional rinses, and can wash at higher temperatures to reduce allergen residue.
We take fabric care seriously and have a formal resolution process. Damage claims are reviewed with photos and receipts within 14 days of receipt.
Yes. Our B2B service covers AirBnB hosts, salons, gyms, restaurants, small hotels, care homes, and clinics. Tiered pricing from £3.20 to £4.50 per kg based on weekly volume.
10 kg per week. Below that, ad-hoc pickup and delivery pricing applies.
