Laundry pricing is usually a fog. Per kg here, per item there, a minimum order hiding in the small print. Here is exactly how ours works, with real numbers, so you can work out your cost before you book.
The two ways laundry is priced
Everything we do is priced one of two ways. By weight, for everyday laundry that gets washed, dried, and folded. Or per item, for anything that needs individual attention, ironing, dry cleaning, duvets, and delicates.
By weight: the wash bags
Mixed Wash & Fold starts at £23.50 for a 6kg bag, £43.50 for 12kg, and £61.50 for 18kg. If you want lights and darks washed separately, that is £24.48, £46, and £65 for the same sizes. The bigger the bag, the lower the rate per kilo, which is why a household doing one 12kg order comes out better than two 6kg ones.
Nobody weighs their laundry at home, so use this instead: 6kg is roughly one full wash basket. 12kg, two baskets. 18kg, three. Book the size that matches your pile and we confirm the exact weight when it arrives at our Chatham facility.
Per item: ironing, dry cleaning, and the bulky stuff
Shirts, dresses, suits, duvets, and anything hand-pressed are priced per item, and the full list is on our pricing page with nothing hidden. Quantity helps you here too. Shirts drop from £6.50 each down to £4.25 when you send fifty or more, and trousers step down the same way.
The three numbers to remember
Minimum order £35. Orders between £35 and £40 carry a £5 pickup and delivery charge. Orders over £40 are delivered free. Standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection, with express 24 hour service available for a small extra charge.

Some services make you request a quote for a duvet. We would rather you knew the price before you booked, compared us against anyone else in Medway, and made your own call. If a price ever surprises you at weigh-in, it is because the items differed from what was booked, and we contact you before proceeding, always.
